Who publishes this site, who hosts it, what data it collects and what we do with it. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (vercel.com).
Access requests submitted through the contact form are stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the European Union (AWS eu-west-1, Ireland).
Personal data
The publisher named above is the data controller for the personal data collected on this site. Here is what is collected, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address, the topic of your request and your message; optionally your company and a monthly LLM spend range. We also record the page you sent the form from and the time of the request.
- Email. If you write to us directly, your address and the content of your message.
- Server logs. Our host keeps standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your request, assess whether the beta is a fit, onboard you if it is, and follow up on that exchange. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (article 6(1)(f)). Nothing you send is used for advertising and nothing is sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Who sees it
The founders of Tokeen. Our hosting, database and email providers process the data on our behalf, under contract, and only to deliver their service.
How long we keep it
Requests and the exchanges that follow are kept for as long as needed to handle them, and at most three years after our last contact, then deleted. Technical logs are kept by our host for a short, rolling period.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in the European Union. Pages are served by Vercel from data centres around the world, including the United States; Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and offers the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Prompts sent to the API
Prompts submitted to the compression API during the beta are processed in Europe to produce the compressed version. They are not used to train anything.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, restrict or object to its processing, at any time by writing to hello@usetokeen.com. We answer within a month. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Intellectual property
The text, research, design and code of this site belong to Tokeen unless stated otherwise. You may quote it with attribution and a link. The names and logos of the model providers and tools shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are shown to indicate compatibility only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Liability
The figures published on this site come from the benchmarks, trace studies and audits described on the research pages, with their method and limits. They are provided for information and do not constitute a guarantee of the savings you will obtain on your own workload. Links to other sites are given for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Applicable law
This notice is governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls to the competent French courts.
